DR. MANJULA POOJA SHROFF
Dr. Manjula Pooja Shroff, Founder Chairperson, MD & CEO of the Kalorex group and a princess from the Surangi Royal Family of Odisha, is a name synonymous with education in India. She has influenced the lives of more than 1,90,000+ students over the past 3 decades across 80+ institutions. An Executive Alumni from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) & London School of Economics (LSE). An author, columnist, vlogger, life coach and edupreneur, she has been honoured with several awards including the Secular India award from the Honourable President of India. Dr. Shroff is a regular speaker at the United Nations Summits on education and climate change and was recently invited as a speaker at the prestigious Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS) Conference in Nairobi, Kenya. She also represented India at the World Economic Forum at Davos, and ACE at Australia in 2025. Beyond her global engagements, Dr. Shroff is deeply committed to the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of individuals through her exclusive body of work called SHROFFism.
